Ingredients
1–2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder (Knox recommended)
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon beet powder (optional for pink color)
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Sprinkle gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Heat 1 cup water until just below boiling.
3. Pour hot water over bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Add lemon juice and beet powder for pink color. Stir well.
5. Drink warm or refrigerate 2–4 hours to form pink gelatin cubes.
Notes
Use grass-fed gelatin for higher quality protein.
Do not boil gelatin after dissolving.
Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
