Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 lb ground turkey or chicken sausage
2 cups roasted potatoes (or sweet potatoes)
1 cup broccoli (steamed or sautéed)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional: avocado slices, cheese, bell peppers
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut potatoes into cubes, season with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder, then roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy.
2. Cook ground turkey or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
3. Scramble eggs over medium heat until soft and fluffy. Add cheese if desired.
4. Steam or sauté broccoli until tender but still bright green.
5. Assemble meal prep containers by dividing potatoes, eggs, protein, and vegetables evenly.
6. Store in airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Reheat before serving.

For weight loss, use lean turkey or chicken instead of sausage.
For low-carb version, replace potatoes with cauliflower or zucchini.
