Creamy Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites made with just 5 ingredients. Easy healthy snack, freezer friendly, kid-approved, and naturally protein rich.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
4. Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate if desired.
5. Freeze 2–3 hours until firm.
6. Store in airtight container in freezer.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier texture.
Let sit at room temperature 3–5 minutes before serving.
Great for healthy kids snacks and low cal snacks on the go.
