Ingredients
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup hot water (not boiling)
1–2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar free jello powder for pink color (optional)
Fresh lemon juice, to taste (optional)
Ice cubes for chilled version (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat water until hot but not boiling.
2. Place gelatin powder into a heat-safe cup.
3. Pour hot water over gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
4. Add apple cider vinegar, sugar free jello, or lemon juice if desired.
5. Drink warm immediately or refrigerate 30–60 minutes for a lightly set gelatin cup.
6. For the ice and gelatin trick, pour over ice and stir before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality grass-fed or fish gelatin for best texture.
Do not boil gelatin as high heat may affect texture.
